Green wood
Working with green wood is being in direct contact with the living tree, its sap, its bark. With some special tools for hollowing (rings, hooks, scrapers) and a long ears bowl gouge, we quickly fly long chips and all without dust. Emphasis will be placed on sharpening to limit sanding, which ultimately does not pose more difficulties than in dry wood with some particular techniques.
